Books for all big and small
An old man had a red truck & collected strap metal. He loved collecting scrap metal & building stuff made out of wood that he'd find in the trash. The old man lost his license to drive because he was legally blind. Though this was very bad news for the old man, it was very good news for people & animals on the sidewalks, in the alleyways & on the streets. The old man had nothing to do & was sad because he couldn't collect scrap metal anymore. The old man had a good-looking, smart, & charismatic friend who collected refundable cans & loved to garden who told the old man that he needed to stay busy & perhaps start building bird houses that he could sell. The old man began building bird houses, but when he went to paint them, he did such a bad job at painting them that nobody would buy them. The good-looking, smart, & charismatic friend who collected refundable cans & loved to garden said he would paint them for the old man and try to sell them at his garage sale and online. No one - at the garage sale nor online - bought any bird houses from the good-looking, smart, & charismatic friend who collected refundable cans & loved to garden except for the good-looking, smart, & charismatic friend who collected refundable cans & loved to garden, who bought them all & gave them to many of his neighbours who were very happy & grateful. One day, the good-looking, smart, & charismatic friend who collected refundable cans & loved to garden asked the old man if he could build a mini house that could be used as a mini library for the children & neighbours in the alley. The old man balked & complained that he had no time to build mini houses for the children & neighbours in the alley, & neither did he have any extra wood. The very next day the old man dropped off the mini house & thus The Bookaboo was born.
